are you looking for an answer - {for Jo}

Susan wakes up into dull, numb agony, every movement aching. It turns out coming back from the dead is never what you'd call relaxing. Everything feels broken, oddly displaced.

It takes her several minutes to gather the strength to sit up, reach for her computer, and, after a little thought, start to type.

He doesn't let go of her hand; he has no intention of doing so. It feels damn good to lead her back out of the alley and into broad daylight, his fingers laced through hers, bathing in the warm and happy feeling still washing over him as they head back into the coffee shop. This time, he thinks, he might actually be able to stomach a cup of coffee.

"Want anything?"

Without being asked, without even thinking about it, Eddie lets his arm slide around Susan's waist, as she's leaning into him. She feels nice, up against his side. It feels right.

"Me? Oh, no, see, I'm flat broke." He's teasing, of course. "Order anything you want. I might grab a bite, too, actually."
